Pike

Pike fishing is the most popular kind for those that angling in fresh water.
And Halland has many lakes and rivers that gives you a chance to catch a "big" one.
Every freshwater area has pikes and almost everyone have pikes over the magic weight 10kg.
In the rivers it’s hard to find the pike but they are big, and in the lakes its more of them but lower middleweight.
I use to fish pike with the guys in “Tourist Fishing” (see link below) and have had wonderful times catching many big pikes.

The best way to catch them is live bait angling but spinning with wobblers gives good catches as well.
Notable is that you have to get a license fore every lake in Sweden but they don’t cost more then 30-60SEK a day.
